Evaluation and Estimate - Before we commit to servicing or repairing your quality watch, first we perform a detailed evaluation — free of charge — to assess the complexity and condition of the timepiece. Based on this evaluation we then provide you with a detailed estimate for the service or repair work that needs to be done, containing information about cost and timeframe. We usually complete the evaluation and provide the detailed complimentary estimate within three business days upon receipt of your watch.

Service or Repair - Once you have reviewed our estimate, we will wait for your verbal or written approval in order to commence service or repair work on your watch. Naturally the timeframe for this work depends entirely on the nature of the work to be performed. Simple repairs and maintenance will usually be complete within five to seven business days. In many cases we complete the work much faster than this. More complex jobs may take longer, in particular when genuine parts need to be ordered. Overhaul service on a timpeiece typically takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks. In all events, the anticipated timeframe for completion of the work will be indicated on our detailed estimate, so that you know in advance exactly how long your timepiece will be in our care.
